FIORENZA BETTINI

Raised in the Chianti countryside, I now live in the medieval hilltown of Colle Val d’Elsa. I grew up in a family-run B&B and so you could say that hospitality, as well as enthusiasm for sharing the beauty of Tuscany, has always been a part of my life.  I never tire of either.  

My background is in anthropology; I have a particular interest in the ways people conceive of and shape their identities and nationalities, as well as in the "anthropology of food."  I have long been an activist in environmental issues and in the defense of safe and publically owned water utilities.

At present, I am delighted to put my talents and interests to work with Tours by Roberto!
